Admin Dashboard
The brand-facing side of Treet: a Resale Health Score that shows each brand exactly what to do next.
After launching resale for brands, I turned Treet's passive admin into an opinionated growth engine. In two months, working across the C-suite, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, I shipped a brand homepage built around a Resale Health Score that tells each brand exactly what to do next.
Resale that runs itself
Treet is sold as resale that runs itself. Brands get an admin to watch performance, upload inventory, and tune their resale emails.
Mostly it does run itself. But a handful of brand actions move revenue far more than the rest, and nothing in the product made that obvious.
Meet Liam
The dashboard's real user was not a shopper. It was the person running resale for the brand.
- Brand operatorOwns resale for a growing brand, rarely with a full team
- Time-poorResale is one line item among many priorities
- Wants proofNeeds to see which actions actually move revenue
The numbers were there, the next step was not
The old admin showed brands plenty of charts and totals. What it never showed was what to do about them.
A gap was widening between brands that happened to take the right actions and brands that quietly stalled and drifted toward churn.
Design for a decision, not a report
Working across the C-suite, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, I reframed the homepage around one question: what should this brand do this week?
I explored the space widely before committing, pressure-testing layouts against the actions the data said mattered most.
Every recommendation carried a number
Each suggested action came with projected revenue, so a brand could see the payoff before lifting a finger.
Best practices stopped being a buried help doc and became a ranked, quantified to-do list.
A Resale Health Score, front and center
The new homepage leads with a Resale Health Score and the highest-impact actions for that brand, each tied to projected revenue.
Resale still runs itself. Now there is a clear steering wheel for the moments a brand wants to push.
A design system for Treet itself
The surface was big enough that consistency mattered. Along the way I established a design system for Treet's own brand, giving every future admin screen a shared vocabulary.
